About the Role
As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting booking eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or selling a vacation package to HGV resort. You will respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Service based on HGV Values. Each team member is encouraged to carry out all reasonable requests by management that they are capable of performing. • Promote on‑site guest bookings for HGV presentations and sell vacation packages. • Provide timely guest responses while embodying HGV’s cultural and customer service values. • Fulfill reasonable management requests within your capabilities.
