Manage and support multidisciplinary proposal processes from initiation to submission.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Proposal Advisor to work closely with Marketing Leaders, Pursuit Specialists and technical proposal teams to plan the process for priority multidisciplinary proposals. The role may also join agile “tiger teams” for key pursuits and work alongside Pursuit Managers to pre‑position and plan for a range of pursuits, through to proposal production and support. • Oversee proposal documents from initiation through submission. • Create and manage bid action plans to keep bids on schedule. • Prepare materials for proposal presentations. • Collaborate with technical authors to ensure targeted, structured content. • Maintain and update the internal knowledge database and content library. • Ensure response documents meet corporate branding and visual quality standards. • Coordinate visual communication staff for timely production of visual assets. • Participate in special projects and support knowledge‑management and AI initiatives. • Provide buddy and mentoring support to Direct Workshare colleagues.
