About the Role
In this position you will guide a land‑development team, cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and business acumen. You will set strategic direction, define objectives, and ensure transparent communication across partners and internal staff. • Lead and grow a land‑development team while managing key client relationships. • Operate with integrity, provide vision, business planning, and set strategic goals. • Maintain open communication with partners and team members. • Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and mentor staff. • Maintain an extensive network of architects, developers, land‑use attorneys, planners, and landowners. • Execute business development activities, including proposal writing, scoping, and budgeting.

What You Bring
Applicants must bring at least eight years of experience managing land‑development projects and hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. A robust network of contacts with architects, developers, land‑use attorneys, planners, and landowners is essential. Strong technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil3D, coupled with proven business‑development skills such as proposal writing, scope definition, and budgeting, is required. Effective, positive communication at all organizational levels and the ability to direct resources and mentor staff are also critical. • Possess 8+ years of land‑development project management experience and a P.E. license. • Demonstrate strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D. • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and manage resources positively. • Proven ability to deliver profitable land‑development projects.
