About the Role

The Human Resources Associate I supports the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective communication within the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. It serves as a key liaison for the HR team. • Act as the first point of contact for HR, answering the main phone line and routing calls. • Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules. • Order meals and catering for meetings, including weekly orientation sessions. • Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases. • Coordinate interview scheduling to support recruitment efforts. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures. • Help organize employee engagement activities such as retirement celebrations. • Process invoices and receipts that require HR approval. • Ensure the main lobby, HR conference rooms, and HR lobby are well‑maintained. • Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and filing.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with prior HR or administrative experience preferred and bilingual Spanish a plus. They should demonstrate a self‑starting attitude, strong initiative, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritize multiple projects, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information are also required. Work is performed in a climate‑controlled office setting with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
