About the Role

• Assist with setting structural steel, precast, and heavy iron components • Operate cranes to hoist and move structural steel and other heavy materials • Collaborate with Iron Workers, Riggers, and Signal Persons to complete lifts safely • Inspect cranes daily to ensure equipment is in proper working order • Set up, tear down, and transport cranes • Follow all OSHA and site‑specific safety procedures • Perform maintenance checks • Report any mechanical issues

This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.
