About the Role

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification such as APICS, and have proven experience in supply chain planning and control. They must understand load and capacity management, be able to make balanced delivery decisions under challenging circumstances, and be familiar with manufacturing, purchasing, NPI and quality functions. Experience with MRP/ERP systems and the ability to influence others are also required. Core functional skills for the role cover planning – understanding business forecasts and using planning tools to support customer requirements; execution – knowledge of roles, responsibilities and constraints that enable planning decisions; compliance – awareness of policies, procedures and systems and the impact of non‑compliance; inventory – understanding inventory levels, causes and mitigations; and operations – insight into business operational challenges, constraints and inter‑dependencies. • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., APICS). • Demonstrate proven experience in supply chain planning and control. • Possess knowledge of load and capacity management and balanced decision‑making under pressure. • Familiarity with manufacturing, purchasing, NPI and quality functions. • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and ability to influence stakeholders.
