About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician you will be the go-to professional for resolving a wide range of issues, ensuring resident homes remain in excellent condition, and upholding the property’s standards for safety and quality. • Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance, and legal requirements. • Promptly address maintenance service tickets. • Communicate repair updates clearly to residents and office staff.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, have a personal vehicle, and be able to live within a 30‑minute commute.
