About the Role
The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant property portfolio, and acting as the primary contact for third‑party relationships. This role directs and coordinates all property management activities, provides leadership through policy development, and ensures effective communication and strategy implementation. Responsibilities include budgeting, billing, cash flow monitoring, reporting, fee collection, and compliance with contracts. • Direct and coordinate property management operations. • Lead policy development, information flow, and management strategy. • Provide direction and career development for property management staff. • Track budget variances and manage recovery processes. • Oversee billing, invoice payments, and fund disbursements. • Monitor cash flow and requirements with the Property Manager. • Prepare owner reports, annual budgets, and related documents per agreements. • Ensure timely collection of management fees and reimbursements. • Interface with third‑party owners to maintain contract compliance and reporting. • Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure satisfaction. • Conduct regular property inspections with staff. • Oversee construction projects, approving contracts and invoices. • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and agency directives. • Maintain customer focus.

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication, customer focus, problem‑solving, leadership, teamwork, time management, and financial acumen. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, and candidates should have at least five years of real estate property management experience. Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CSM and a real estate license are advantageous. The role requires deep knowledge of finance and building operations, proven ability to manage and motivate staff and vendors, experience negotiating commercial leases, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between properties, including navigating stairs and outdoor conditions. Benefits
The total compensation range is $110,500 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay is competitive and complies with minimum wage and collective bargaining considerations.
