Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

About the Role

The role involves digital thinking and applying your Accounts Payable expertise within the LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform. As an AP Analyst you will handle invoice entry and processing, perform daily quality audits, maintain the general mailbox, generate system‑driven reports, and prepare functional process documents while capturing exceptions. You will also identify and resolve data gaps, track user acceptance, and support investigations to address issues. Performance objectives include ensuring required productivity and efficiency, delivering best‑in‑class client service, building solid client partnerships, and achieving or exceeding KPI survey scores. You will actively participate in developing best practices and act as a mentor, providing training and guidance to team members. • Process invoices accurately and timely, performing daily entry, quality audits, and mailbox maintenance. • Generate and distribute system‑driven reports and backup documentation for business lines. • Document functional processes, capture exceptions, and resolve data gaps or queries. • Track user acceptance testing and assist in issue investigation. • Meet productivity and efficiency targets while delivering best‑in‑class client service. • Build strong client partnerships and achieve or exceed KPI survey scores. • Contribute to best practice development and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

We seek candidates with 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, a commerce or finance degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to manage stress are essential. Accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and awareness of the end‑to‑end PTP cycle are advantageous. • Possess 1–3 years of AP experience, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commerce/finance degree. • Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
