About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, cash‑drawer audits, bank deposits, and maintaining customer payment status through reminder and collection calls. • Evaluate customer storage needs and recommend packing or moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness. • Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and handle payments. • Make reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of time outdoors. • Climb stairs, open large doors, and conduct basic cleaning and grounds upkeep.

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations.
