About the Role
The Senior CADD Technician will work within a specific discipline, manage and develop BIM models according to the Digital Delivery Plan, and ensure high‑quality digital outputs that align with project scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires advanced 3D software skills, a deep understanding of architectural and engineering documentation, and coordination with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination processes. • Work with minimal direction within a specific discipline to generate BIM elements per the Digital Delivery Plan. • Create, maintain, and update the discipline’s BIM model, systems, and content. • Utilize advanced 3D design software to produce accurate models and detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams. • Apply deep knowledge of architectural/engineering documentation and its integration with other discipline models. • Manage project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets to ensure model health. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations. • Coordinate designs through design reviews and 3D coordination processes with other disciplines. • Execute all identified digital delivery requirements and uphold company standards.

What You Bring
• Technical degree or equivalent education plus related industry experience. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. • Advanced proficiency with 3D design software, 3D coordination tools, and document management systems. • Strong competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. • In‑depth understanding of engineering or architectural concepts and industry standards, codes, and specifications. • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
