About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable Lead Parts Worker for our 2nd Shift operations at Mustang Cat in Houston. This hands‑on lead role supports daily warehouse operations while helping guide the team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service. As a Lead Parts Worker you’ll support daily parts operations while serving as a point of contact for the team during your shift. You will pull, process, and prioritize parts orders, coordinate workflow, train and mentor team members, operate forklifts, receive and verify shipments, monitor order accuracy, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. • Pull, process, and prioritize parts orders for customers and internal teams • Coordinate workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time • Train and mentor Parts Workers on processes and safety standards • Operate forklifts to move, stage, and organize inventory • Receive and verify incoming parts shipments • Monitor order accuracy and address issues before shift end • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding shift needs

What You Bring

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse or parts‑room experience (lead or senior level preferred), forklift certification, ability to lift up to 50 lb, strong computer, organization and communication skills, and the capability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
