About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports all aspects of property upkeep, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as the make‑ready process, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Attend the site daily and promptly address resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including pool care and chemical logging. • Assist with unit turn‑around (make‑ready) tasks, scheduling, and cleanup of exterior grounds and common spaces. • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety, OSHA, and Asset Living policies. • Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazardous conditions and support the hazard communications program. • Record service requests, preventative maintenance, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and uphold community policies and image. • Participate in on‑call emergency coverage and report rule violations to supervisors. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 100+ lb, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and operating power tools and vehicles.

Benefits
