About the Role
• Review inventory at loading dock and ensure crew truck is fully stocked. • Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, and electrical equipment per project plan. • Apply weather sealing and install racking, panels, and support structures. • Maintain a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean‑up. • Uphold personal, crew, and site safety; attend mandatory training. • Lead crew through safe, efficient installations and act as foreperson when needed. • Assist with solar battery installations as assigned. • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and promote safe work practices. • Build rapport with customers and coworkers; meet deadlines and performance metrics. • Participate in Power+ cross‑training programs and support other departments.

What You Bring
• Hold high school diploma or equivalent; prior solar installation or related experience. • Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license (21+ years old). • Physically capable of handling up to 50 lb regularly (100 lb with assistance), climbing roofs, working in confined spaces, and enduring varied weather conditions. • Ability to use hand tools, wear PPE, and work safely at heights.
