About the Role

The role involves applying standard engineering techniques to support water and wastewater projects, under the guidance of a project manager or senior engineer. Responsibilities include preparing calculations, drawings, and visual aids, as well as contributing to design work in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD MEP. • Perform assignments using standard engineering techniques and procedures • Exercise judgment in preliminary selection and adaptation of engineering alternatives • Prepare engineering calculations and develop visual aids • Create design drawings, plans, sections, details, and profiles in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD MEP • Work under supervision of a project manager or senior team member • Evaluate and design water and wastewater treatment systems • Evaluate and design pump stations • Conduct hydraulic modeling, analysis, and design of water distribution systems • Evaluate and design sewer collection systems

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline, with a preference for those who have EIT/FE certification or a master’s focused on water/wastewater. Essential skills include GIS, CAD, proficiency with common office software, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field • Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification • Master’s degree with focus on water/wastewater coursework • Proficiency in GIS and CAD software • Competent with spreadsheet, word processing, and standard office applications • Ability to multitask effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • No sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization
