Perform HVAC service, maintenance, repairs, and customer support on-site.

About the Role
• Service assigned HVAC products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specs. • Identify, analyze, and repair system issues on‑site. • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed. • Prepare for installations and repairs by reviewing layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. • Inspect vehicle condition and cleanliness. • Maintain vehicle service records, scheduling, and repairs. • Inspect equipment for wear and report findings to customers or Operations Manager. • Complete and file paperwork for each job, including time and progress logs. • Serve as the direct customer contact representing the company. • Determine required parts and order them promptly. • Record parts, labor, subcontractor, and other cost data per assignment. • Submit all required paperwork and reports promptly. • Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. • Read and interpret product specifications. • Provide technical support to customers. • Travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips.
