About the Role

Key responsibilities include owning data and finance for the Destination, serving as a member of the Management Team, and managing service charge and car park budgets with accurate financial reporting to strict deadlines. The manager will ensure effective car park financial performance, understand P&L components, present initiatives to improve efficiency, and deliver net income targets while generating additional income through commercialisation activities. Additional duties involve reconciling car park income, overseeing monthly expenditure reporting, managing service charge invoicing, budgeting, and reconciliation, and supporting the Destination Director in budget preparation. The role also requires oversight of Proactis, footfall and car park information systems, leading the year‑end audit process, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with key business and community contacts. Reporting responsibilities encompass compiling accounting, turnover, trading, car park and footfall data for monthly reports, providing KPI analysis, formal recommendations and meeting minutes, and ensuring consistent operational communication through meetings and handovers. The manager will also support health and safety systems, insurance claim progression, and compliance with energy procurement, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards. A strong retail and customer focus is essential; the manager will adopt corporate responsibility policies, deliver high‑level service to tenants and visitors, build relationships with retailers, promptly resolve operational issues, and champion the asset by escalating and managing any building‑related concerns. JLL acts as the Managing Agent for the Destination, responsible for administration, operations, common‑area maintenance, and service charge accounts, while working closely with the Destination Director, management team and clients to maximise investment income and operate the site as a profitable trading proposition. • Own and manage data and finance for Bullring & Grand Central. • Produce accurate service charge and car park budgets and reports. • Drive car park net income targets and commercialise income opportunities. • Reconcile car park income and ensure cash collections meet KPIs. • Manage service charge invoicing, budgeting, expenditure and reconciliation. • Oversee Proactis, footfall and car park information systems. • Lead year‑end audit process and provide required information to auditors. • Ensure compliance with financial, health & safety and environmental standards. • Compile and present monthly accounting, turnover, trading and KPI reports. • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers and external partners. • Handle health & safety reporting, insurance claims and incident management. • Develop and implement efficiency‑enhancing procedures.
