About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, engaging with customers both inside and outside the facilities while assessing storage needs and offering packing and moving supplies. The role involves physical activity such as lifting items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to half the shift, climbing stairs, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors. • Manage multiple storage properties independently, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and rental readiness. • Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Lift/transport items up to 35 lb; walk/stand up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds.

What You Bring
