About the Role

Each day you will inspect, diagnose, and repair trucks and equipment serving over 20 million customers nationwide. Using modern tools and procedures, you will maintain diesel equipment and, at some sites, a growing fleet of CNG trucks, delivering high‑quality service to your local community. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems; estimating time and material costs; adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times; responding to emergency breakdown calls; performing safety checks; completing required paperwork; and maintaining a clean, OSHA‑compliant work area. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel and CNG trucks • Estimate time and material costs for repairs • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Perform safety checks and ensure OSHA compliance • Complete repair documentation and parts usage records • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of relevant mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be over 18 years old, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. You must also be able to meet the physical demands of the role and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination. The position requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, standing, walking, and grasping, with occasional sitting and balancing. You will be exposed to physical risks such as cuts, burns, and chemicals, as well as environmental conditions like dirt, noise, odors, and extreme weather, both inside the shop and outdoors.
