About the Role
As a District Sales Manager, you will drive growth and maintain business in your territory by leveraging your knowledge of pre‑engineered metal buildings and consultative selling skills. You will act as a trusted advisor, developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects to meet annual sales targets. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for your assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, effectively moving them through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM in accordance with company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

What You Bring
