About the Role

As a senior engineer, you will direct and lead design teams across numerous projects, reviewing work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness while assuming responsibility for the overall economic wellbeing of assigned projects. Responsibilities also include business development, establishing design standards, preparing reports and specifications, and providing high‑level technical leadership. Key duties encompass performing engineer‑of‑record functions such as calculations, equipment selection, system design, layout, field investigations, and construction administration. You will manage staff resources, produce client‑compliant drawings, participate in QA/QC processes, and represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams on electrical projects. • Ensure design completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall economic performance. • Conduct business development and networking activities. • Develop design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Perform engineer-of-record duties, including calculations, equipment selection, and system layout. • Oversee QA/QC processes and staff resource management. • Produce client‑compliant drawings using CAD/Revit/BIM. • Provide consulting services such as due‑diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, PE licensure, and at least eight years of relevant MEP experience with a focus on critical facilities and healthcare. Hands‑on design experience with CAD/Revit is essential for this highly technical role. • Require BS in Electrical Engineering, PE licensure, and 8+ years MEP experience, especially in critical facilities and healthcare. • Must have hands‑on CAD/Revit design experience.
