About the Role

The Compliance Support role provides assistance to Project Management teams and corporate departments, handling a variety of compliance‑related tasks. Responsibilities include processing customer pre‑qualification, contracts, subcontracts, insurance, bonds, and other documentation, as well as tracking vendor compliance and entering subcontract invoices. The position utilizes digital tools such as pVault, Smartsheet, and the Vista accounting system while maintaining a physical onsite presence and adhering to PRIME’s safety program. • Provide compliance support to Project Management and corporate departments. • Process and manage customer pre‑qualification, contracts, subcontracts, insurance, bonds, and related documents. • Review and compile customer qualification materials, ensuring timely submission. • Review, process, and transmit customer contracts, change orders, and project insurance documents; track outstanding items. • Manage subcontract issuance, ensuring all required activities are completed. • Monitor sub‑tier vendor compliance, logging and filing related documentation. • Enter subcontract invoices into the Vista accounting system accurately and promptly. • Organize, file, and index documents using the digital vault system (pVault). • Perform high‑efficiency data entry in Smartsheet and Vista. • Participate in meetings, providing key compliance information and contributing to discussions. • Follow PRIME’s Safety Program and maintain a physical onsite presence to assist teams as needed. • Use of standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, and phones.

What You Bring

Candidates should have an associate’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, accounts payable/receivable, sub‑tier compliance, or related fields, with construction experience considered a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet. The role is fully in‑person, office‑based with minimal physical demands, and offers a pay rate of $28–$35 per hour. • Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, accounts payable/receivable, sub‑tier compliance, or project coordination (construction experience a plus). • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and executives. • High attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet. • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. • Sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy; proactive follow‑through on tasks. • Initiative‑driven with an intuitive approach to improving departmental efficiencies. • Primarily office‑based work with minimal lifting, climbing, or safety hazards; fully in‑person, onsite role.
