About the Role
Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
Property managers must be able to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50 % of their time walking around facilities, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs and opening large doors. They also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Customer‑service sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.)
