About the Role
The MCC Service Center Manager will plan, manage and oversee the business plan and strategic objectives for Motor Control Center Aftermarket and Configured‑to‑Order (Quick Ship) products, including offer management, new product development, sales targets, market penetration, pricing, profitability, quotations and manufacturing oversight. The role includes front‑end operations responsibility for order engineering, division sales and customer service, working closely with the Fayetteville manufacturing team to deliver a world‑class customer experience. • Formalize MCC Quick Ship and Configured‑to‑Order product offering and champion growth through North American sales. • Drive MCC Aftermarket orders and sales to meet volume, price, and mix targets. • Develop and execute marketing plans to improve product positioning and penetrate new channels. • Create marketing requirements for new Aftermarket products and lead them through development and launch. • Streamline engineering processes to boost productivity and shorten lead‑time for approval drawings. • Analyze quotations, orders and sales data by channel, territory and segment to shape growth strategies. • Build processes to meet customer‑specific requirements for key market segments. • Advocate customer needs with operations on order status, lead times and factory acceptance testing. • Collaborate with marketing communications to produce persuasive collateral. • Conduct MCC Aftermarket and CTO training for customers, distributors and sales teams. • Travel as needed to engage customers and support projects. • Maintain and improve the Bid Manager MCC Aftermarket takeoff tool.

What You Bring
Basic required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, at least five years of experience in manufacturing or the electrical industry, willingness to travel 25% domestically, and relocation to Fayetteville, NC (relocation assistance provided). Eaton does not sponsor immigration visas or employment-based immigration for this position. • MBA or other advanced degree. • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience. • Technical knowledge of electrical control and distribution products. • Direct experience with Motor Control and MCC products. • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; strong presentation ability. • Blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen. • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and think strategically. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bid Manager, VISTA and Mentor.

Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $109,000 – $159,000. This figure is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Specific programs and eligibility may vary based on location, hire date and collective bargaining agreements.
