IT ERP Product Lead Senior

About the Role

The role provides day‑to‑day operational support for Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems, working closely with global business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions. Collaboration with cross‑functional IT teams, including Oracle and SAP, ensures seamless ERP integration, while SQL and PL/SQL expertise is used to diagnose problems, optimize performance, and enhance system functionality. Responsibilities also include translating business needs into technical specifications, participating in CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts, and reporting results to leadership. • Support Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems daily. • Gather requirements, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions for global users. • Collaborate with Oracle, SAP, and cross‑functional IT teams for ERP integration. • Utilize SQL and PL/SQL to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and enhance functionality. • Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and report outcomes to leadership. • Provide Level 2/3 TMS support and manage upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in IT ERP implementations, with five or more years leading CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with strong technical proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules and familiarity with functional areas such as Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and Bills of Material are highly desirable, as is experience integrating GTM with multiple ERP platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with global teams. • Minimum 7 years IT ERP experience; 5+ years leading testing sessions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; strong SQL/PLSQL skills. • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules and ERP integration.
