About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Account Manager will drive sales growth across the London territory by maintaining existing contracts, winning new maintenance agreements, and selling incremental repair projects. The focus is on building a strong customer prospect pipeline and achieving defined sales targets. The position blends relationship management with proactive business development. • Manage a portfolio of lift units and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Act as primary contact to resolve customer inquiries promptly. • Develop new customers through cold calling, networking, bids and tenders. • Create and execute a sales strategy to meet targets. • Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline and forecast results. • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals. • Collaborate with fellow sales representatives and field colleagues. • Work flexible hours with the possibility of remote work.

What You Bring
• Hold a business or technical degree (or equivalent training) and at least 3 years of experience. • Experience selling technical service agreements with a consultative approach. • Demonstrate strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills. • Show high commitment, reliability, and the ability to work at pace in a complex organization.
