About the Role
The role supervises a team of entry‑ to intermediate‑level field service professionals, managing daily priorities to resolve client issues. It optimizes manpower and resources, handles customer complaints, and escalates key concerns to senior management. The position also collaborates with unions, training programs, and service coordinators to ensure efficient operations. • Direct liaison with technicians and unions; manage onboarding • Maintain relationship with Union SME for tech quoting and drive operational sales charges • Schedule and deliver training and onsite development • Conduct fleet and site visits, including jobsite quality assurance • Engage with customers to address service needs • Coordinate daily and extended schedules with Service Coordinators • Review PM plans for contract renewals and new agreements • Approve daily time entries, oversee weekly payroll and resolve issues • Perform site and safety inspections • Participate in tax‑advantaged accounts such as HSA, healthcare spending, dependent care, and tuition assistance

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED • Possess 5+ years of commercial HVAC system knowledge • Have 5+ years managing service technicians and customer interactions • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Carrier
