About the Role
The Business Management Office (BMO) Lead will provide overall leadership and accountability for the BMO and its seven workstreams, acting as the main interface between the BMO and client leadership, Corporate PMO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, Risk, and Internal Audit. In this role you will own the BMO governance model, integrate planning, contracts, cost, diversity and inclusion, risk, digital and HR support into a coherent operating rhythm, and approve plans, priorities and resource allocations while resolving conflicts across workstreams. • Lead and be accountable for the BMO and its seven workstreams. • Serve as primary liaison between BMO and client leadership, Corporate PMO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, Risk, and Internal Audit. • Own and continuously improve the BMO governance model, including forums, cadence, decision rights, and escalation paths. • Integrate planning, contracts, cost, D&I, risk/compliance, digital, and HR support into a unified operating rhythm. • Approve BMO plans, priorities, and resource allocations; resolve conflicts and trade‑offs across workstreams. • Oversee preparation and quality of monthly and quarterly performance review packs and present insights to client leadership/ExCom. • Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives and drive maturity of governance, data quality, and digital enablement. • Coach and mentor team members and ensure collaboration between on‑site and off‑site resources.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or a related field (Master’s preferred), brings 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in PMO/BMO leadership, and has a proven track record delivering large, multi‑stakeholder programs, especially in the KSA or GCC region. • Hold a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Business, Management or a related field. • Bring 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading PMO/BMO functions. • Demonstrated experience in large, multi‑stakeholder programs, preferably in KSA or GCC. • Strong understanding of operations, corporate governance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to lead hybrid teams and manage senior stakeholders; fluent in English (Arabic desirable).
