About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative will generate profitable business by developing an assigned territory, executing sales plans to grow the customer base, and reinforcing the Sunbelt brand identity. Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. This role requires both indoor and outdoor work, including physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds. • Leverage your cold-calling & closing skills to expand an existing portfolio within a high demand market • Develop skills to grow your career as part of a sales or operational management career track

What You Bring
Candidates should possess a relevant 4‑year college degree or several years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and be at least 21 years old. Desired abilities include strong project management, new business development, customer retention, effective communication, negotiation, and solid computer skills. Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment and bilingual Spanish abilities are preferred in some locations. • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • 21 years of age • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Solid computer skills • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
