About the Role

The Account Executive role focuses on selling new business and growing an existing client portfolio by leveraging CoStar’s products, building relationships, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to renewal. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting CoStar products. • Manage and expand client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and growth. • Develop expertise in CoStar’s commercial real estate products. • Execute full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, renewals. • Conduct in‑person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, investors, and other real‑estate professionals. • Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long‑term professional networks.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 + years B2B outside sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and strong client‑management skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Preferred: 5 + years selling data, research, or analytics platforms, especially in commercial real estate. • Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth. • Ambitious, adaptable, engaging, curious, and customer‑centric traits.
