About the Role
The Robotic Cell Operator is responsible for operating robotic welders, seam welders, and tangent benders in accordance with SOP/VOP to ensure customers receive a quality product. The role requires prompt, efficient service with a strong emphasis on work quality. Operators must read and interpret blueprints and drawings for all tank models, set the appropriate tank size on the HMI touch screen, and perform start‑up, change‑over, and shutdown procedures for welding and bending cells. Daily duties include handling material with pallet jacks and overhead hoists, using measurement tools such as verniers and micrometers, cleaning wire feeds, visually inspecting torches and final welds, maintaining PPE, and achieving production targets while reporting any injuries or unsafe conditions. Employees attend annual LOTO and general electrical safety training, obtain forklift and hoist/crane certifications, and may train new operators as directed by the supervisor. What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a solid foundation in blueprint reading. • Complete annual LOTO and electrical safety training; hold forklift and hoist/crane certifications.
