About the Role

Interns will be responsible for drafting and maintaining architectural construction documents and lot‑specific print sets, adhering to established CAD standards, and converting 2D AutoCAD plans into 3D Revit BIM models. They will also assist in building BIM library components, generate plan options with LotSpec software, support the Starts department with permit documentation, and supply CAD files for exterior renderings and 3D walk‑throughs. • Produce and upkeep architectural construction and lot‑specific documents using CAD standards. • Transform 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D Revit BIM models and create BIM library elements. • Generate plan variations with LotSpec software and aid the Starts team in permit‑related paperwork. • Supply CAD files for external renderings and 3D walkthroughs to support sales and marketing.

What You Bring

Candidates must be junior‑level students working toward a bachelor's or master’s degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or a related field, with graduation expected within two years. Eligibility requires U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Pursue a degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or a related field, graduating within two years. • Be authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, organization, time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
