About the Role

The position sits within Renuity’s Talent Acquisition function but is embedded within the business to ensure alignment with operations, sales, and installation teams. This structure enables proactive workforce planning, consistent recruitment practices, and shared best‑practice insights across markets. • Own and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand. • Partner with operations, sales, and installation leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive workforce plans. • Serve as senior TA leader for the West Division while maintaining alignment to enterprise TA standards. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, driving accountability to hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. • Provide ongoing performance coaching, career development, and capability building for recruiters. • Champion inclusive, efficient, and candidate‑centric recruiting practices. • Build sustainable pipelines for high‑volume field roles such as design consultants, call‑center agents, installers, and production teams. • Deploy market‑specific sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, grassroots outreach, trade schools, and local partnerships. • Partner with TA Operations and Marketing to launch sourcing campaigns, optimize outreach, and measure channel ROI. • Track and improve recruiting KPIs including time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience. • Leverage ASHBY ATS and TA analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable reporting. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements. • Present insights and performance updates to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high‑volume or field recruiting teams. • Proven success scaling recruiting in fast‑growth, field‑based or decentralized environments. • Strong business partnership skills with operations‑driven leaders. • Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to travel up to 25% across assigned markets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
