About the Role
• Perform maintenance and service on electronic security systems, including access controls, intrusion detection, and cameras (Vindicator, Linx Predator Elite) • Install security devices and infrastructure per NEC, company, and customer guidelines • Program and set up security systems • Test equipment after installation or repair to verify proper operation • Test system connectivity to signal‑receiving center • Coordinate installations with police/fire departments and manage emergency call notifications • Prepare estimates as directed by supervisor • Provide end‑user training on security systems • Work safely, prevent injury/property damage, and clean installation debris

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Systems Technician to join our federal team supporting Minot Air Force Base in Minot, ND. The role may also support other nearby bases as needed. Our team maintains, services, and sustains electronic security systems across the bases, primarily Vindicator and Linx Predator Elite (LPE) systems. • Experience installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial/industrial integrated electronic security systems (low‑voltage intrusion, access control, CCTV, digital recording) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics, and product manuals • Strong oral and written communication skills; collaborative working relationships • Proficient with hand and power tools for mounting and securing equipment • Able to climb ladders and work at heights • Capable of working independently and within a team • High school diploma or equivalent • Active or recent (within 2 years) Department of Defense Secret clearance • Proficiency with Vindicator or Linx Predator Elite systems • Technical knowledge of fiber optics and networking • Experience with various commercial/industrial camera systems (e.g., Lenel, Advantor) • Achieved CDP 2023 Climate Change ‘A List’

Benefits
Location: Minot Air Force Base, with occasional support for other regional bases. Schedule: primarily day shift (≈8 am–4 pm), Monday‑Friday. Pay range: $28–$38 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
