About the Role

The Electro‑Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining a wide range of production and plant equipment, including advanced electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, the technician uses strong troubleshooting skills and independent judgment to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and adjust equipment and process parameters. The role covers routine tasks as well as specialized work involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation, electrical, and robotic systems within a manufacturing environment. • Follow all safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks. • Install, maintain, and repair electro‑mechanical equipment such as motors, drives, sensors, and control systems. • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems. • Diagnose and resolve PLC and complex control system issues, including hardware, software, and network components. • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. • Record maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in the CMMS. • Provide ideas and feedback to improve maintenance strategies and support continuous improvement. • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications to enhance efficiency and extend asset life. • Communicate status updates effectively to internal customers.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of electro‑mechanical technician experience with strong electronic and mechanical skills. • Associate’s degree (2‑year) in electronic technology or a related field.
