About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with directing all maintenance activities for a community, partnering with the Community Manager to oversee staff and vendor performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver responsive customer service. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. • Coordinate and schedule work orders, inspect community areas, and manage inventory within budget. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure prompt, high-quality customer service and consistent resident communication. • Respond to on‑call emergencies, including after‑hours and weekend situations.

What You Bring
• Required: High School diploma, EPA & CPO certifications (HVAC preferred), basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Must possess reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties. • Physical ability to lift/move objects 100+ lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and handle outdoor conditions.
