About the Role
Join the team at HGV Paradise and become the heart of exceptional guest experiences. As a Full‑Time Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our valued resort guests and team members. Your expertise and attention to detail will significantly contribute to our mission of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats to life/property • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety or security risks • Assist guests with calls including key assistance, noise complaints, and lost and found • Oversee alarm systems and surveillance • Maintain inspection reports and records • Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards; prepare detailed reports with photos and statements • Patrol property for 5‑8 hours at a time • Greet and work with guests in a friendly, effective manner • Work various shifts throughout the week

What You Bring
• Possess computer experience and strong verbal and written communication for incident reports • Preferred: prior hotel experience, military or law enforcement background, current First Aid/CPR certification, 1‑2 years of security experience in a customer‑service role
