What You Bring
The Finisher must have strong basic knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, and operating troweling machines for concrete finishing. They must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and safely operate the required tools and equipment. The role can be in plant operations or on a construction jobsite. The position requires the ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally. It involves repetitive hand/arm use, climbing, balancing on scaffolds, walking on uneven or muddy surfaces, and may require work in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions. Finisher must communicate effectively with supervisors, read and write directions, perform basic math calculations, stay focused amid distractions, make decisions, and be detail‑oriented. • Understand the purpose and proper technique for vibrating concrete
