About the Role
The Strategic Customer Representative will increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites by raising product awareness and improving the efficiency of the corporate account office. This role also evaluates new potential customers and manages existing corporate accounts while serving as a mentor and liaison for the go-to-market sales strategy, coordinating efforts among PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP. • Leverage current skills while developing new skills • Increase market share with select customers and high-profile job sites • Boost product awareness and corporate account office efficiency • Mentor and liaison across PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP to execute sales strategy

What You Bring
Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ sales management experience and a strong background in customer service. Required knowledge includes construction phases, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications, and candidates should be computer literate in Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office. • Leverage 4+ years sales management and customer service experience • Apply knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and specifications • Maintain computer proficiency in Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office • Meet physical safety requirements, including lifting 25 lb and working indoor/outdoor
