About the Role

The coordinator handles material movement throughout the distribution center, receives and logs incoming inventory, fulfills work and shipping orders, inspects items for damage, and maintains accurate system records while keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. • Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment. • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system. • Fill invoices, verify part numbers, clean and pack items. • Inspect inventory for damage and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Follow all safety and accident procedures; operate equipment per DOT and OSHA standards. • Track inventory accurately in the system and maintain warehouse cleanliness. • Coach associates on operational and safety practices. • Enforce policies to ensure efficient, safe warehouse operations. • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to reduce cost and boost productivity. • Deliver supplies and equipment promptly when requested.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, forklift operation ability (certification a plus), and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. They must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25‑50 pounds. • Read and follow work/shipping orders and verbal instructions. • High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year warehouse experience. • Ability to lift/move up to 25‑50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods. • Forklift operation experience; certification a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general PC use. • Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to quality work.
