What You Bring
The role requires experience on UK, US, Canada, Middle East, ANZ, and other regional projects, using multiple code standards and guidelines. Proficiency in ORD and Civil 3D is essential for design coordination and mentoring junior engineers. The candidate will lead BIM design levels, ensure CDE compliance, and collaborate with multi‑technical teams while driving quality processes, communication, and training initiatives. Candidates must hold a Master of Engineering (or equivalent) and a Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer, or comparable license. A minimum of 15 years of experience in road, street, highway, and motorway design using ORD and Civil 3D is required, along with demonstrated work on international projects via the GDC platform. • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and a professional chartered or PE license. • Possess 15+ years of experience designing roads, streets, highways, and motorways. • Demonstrated experience on international projects across multiple regions and code standards. • Proficient in BIM workflows and collaborative project environments. • Ability to propose design alternatives based on site-specific requirements.
