About the Role

The Technical Executive acts as the go‑to person for all technical matters, keeping the organization informed about operating and utilities costs while reviewing invoices for services rendered. This role also monitors contractor maintenance practices to ensure they follow manufacturer recommendations and the company’s preventive maintenance standards. Responsibility includes overseeing the repair and upkeep of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, lighting and other equipment, as well as conducting routine inspections, maintaining inventories and documenting system conditions. The executive also leads electricians, collaborates across internal teams, and serves as the primary contact for external maintenance vendors. A key part of the position is generating daily and weekly summary reports that capture maintenance activities and performance trends. These reports help senior leadership make informed decisions and keep operations running smoothly. • Monitor operating and utilities costs and review technical service invoices. • Ensure contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. • Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and related equipment. • Perform routine inspections, maintain inventories, and document system conditions. • Supervise electricians and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. • Produce daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree and have at least three years of experience in technical fields, with solid knowledge of building policies, maintenance procedures and people management.
