Job Highlights
About the Role
• Respond to maintenance related issues in a timely manner. • Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, painting, and exterior building repairs. • Verify work orders are completed timely to company standards and tenant satisfaction. • Handle maintenance requests within 24 hours and inform the property manager and resident if delayed due to needed parts. • Promptly communicate with the property manager concerning all maintenance issues at the property.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. • At least five years of experience in the property management industry or a directly related field. • General knowledge of maintenance repair and service, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. • Ability to read, write, and understand English. • Ability to use general office equipment such as telephone, computer, printer, and copier.
