About the Role

• Identify and retrieve proper parts by reading specification sheets. • Assemble parts and build coil frames, installing fins, tubes, hardware, and purchased components per specifications. • Label coils with build day and manufacturing number. • Move and reposition coils using cranes to the expansion area. • Complete required paperwork, including quality stickers and daily hour logs. • Inspect coils for split collars, dented hairpins, and damaged fins; rework or disassemble defective units. • Use basic hand tools such as pliers, wrenches, and hand drills. • Train new or existing employees as needed. • Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment. • Report work‑related injuries, near‑misses, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions to supervision.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read and write English, and possess basic math and reasoning skills, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and interpreting measurements. Prior machine‑operating experience and knowledge of company safety policies are preferred. The work environment is moderate‑noise and may require occasional lifting of up to 50 lb, standing, walking, reaching, and climbing. Employees must regularly communicate, use hands for handling, and wear required personal protective equipment. • Wear required PPE and follow safety/environmental rules.
