About the Role
The role will be the face of JLL at the client’s site, interacting with guests and tenants, maintaining strong public relations, and addressing feedback and suggestions. You will cooperate with other departments to ensure a good customer experience and take ownership of service requests and complaints within agreed turnaround times. • Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure good customer experience and taking customer feedback after every service request or complaint, sharing feedback points with the team for service improvement. • Maintain a hospitality outlook and always look presentable. • Take ownership of requests or complaints and ensure they are handled effectively within TAT. • Conduct daily rounds of the clubhouse and report any lapses or observations to the relevant team. • Conduct timely customer feedback surveys and share the reports with the client or management. • Respond to emergency situations (as per Brightstone policies) and contact the proper authorities when needed. • Nominate and attend training programs at the site or JLL office. • Address concerns by daily checking of mails for priority requests. • Receive calls and emails from clients. • Assist with activities such as filing, checking and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, and dashboards. • Update the handover/takeover register before end of shift for all completed or pending tasks. • Manage and participate in events, oversee general maintenance, and handle guest interactions.
