About the Role
You will maintain guestrooms, public spaces and back‑of‑the‑house areas, focusing on guest relations and problem resolution to keep the property attractive and well‑maintained. You will work collaboratively with customers and staff while performing tasks to the highest standards. Your duties include painting, stucco, drywall, staining, ceiling work, basic appliance troubleshooting, air‑conditioning control adjustments, plumbing fixture repairs, filter changes, and pest‑intrusion inspections. You will replace caulk, tile, grout, door hardware, light bulbs, ballasts, and cosmetic appliance components, as well as perform furniture staining, track repairs, and unclog toilets and sinks. You will implement scheduled preventative maintenance, document all work in English, and maintain accurate logs and inspection sheets. Clear communication with engineering leadership and assistance on special projects are required, along with responding to guest requests and supporting teammates. • Maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas • Resolve guest issues and ensure property attractiveness • Perform painting, stucco, drywall, staining, and ceiling work • Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air‑conditioning controls, and plumbing fixtures • Replace caulk, tile/grout, door hardware, filters, and cosmetic appliance components • Conduct pest inspections and replace light bulbs and ballasts • Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and document work in English • Communicate with engineering leadership and assist on special projects • Respond to guest requests and support teammates

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include effective verbal and written communication in English, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of facilities maintenance experience. Physical abilities required are climbing ladders up to 40 feet, pushing/pulling up to 100 lb, lifting/carrying up to 50 lb, and reaching overhead. Preferred candidates have three to five years of related experience. • High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license • Minimum 2 years facilities maintenance experience • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift/push/pull required weights • Effective verbal and written communication in English • Preferred: 3‑5+ years related maintenance experience
