About the Role

The Field Brand Ambassador role focuses on direct, in‑person outreach in retail locations and local events, where you’ll introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation. What You Bring

We seek self‑motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy human interaction and are eager to learn sales and marketing strategies. No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidates. Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts (10 am – 6 pm, Wednesday‑Sunday) is essential. The position requires the ability to stand and walk for 6–8+ hours per day, work outdoors in varying weather, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching during promotional activities. • Prior experience is a plus • Self‑motivated individuals who give effort equal to input • Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts (10 am – 6 pm, Wed‑Sun) • Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken; thrives in human interaction • Must stand and walk 6‑8+ hours daily • Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Must stand, stoop, bend, and reach during promotional activities
