About the Role
The Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis Director acts as a critical strategic partner shaping the company's financial direction. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise FP&A, you will support annual and long‑range planning, drive enterprise‑level analytics, and lead ad‑hoc strategic projects that influence executive decision‑making. You will lead income‑statement planning by coordinating global annual and quarterly business‑plan processes, providing financial modeling and target recommendations. Partnering with Corporate Strategy and Segment FP&A, you will deliver insights for the Enterprise Strategic Business Plan and drive proactive P&L risk‑opportunity analysis. Additionally, you will mentor a high‑performing team, support transformation initiatives, develop dynamic financial models, and steer digital enablement through Anaplan, PowerBI, and dashboards. • Lead global income‑statement planning with financial modeling and target recommendations. • Partner with Corporate Strategy and Segment FP&A to deliver insights for the Enterprise Strategic Business Plan. • Drive proactive P&L risk and opportunity analysis through continuous engagement with business segments. • Mentor and develop a high‑performing FP&A team. • Support enterprise transformation initiatives and lead analytics for high‑impact projects. • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate performance, assess opportunities, and mitigate risks. • Influence product innovation, pricing strategies, and market entry assessments to enable profitable growth. • Prepare Executive Leadership and Board presentations, including quarterly earnings materials and CFO Q&A.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least 12 years of finance experience with deep FP&A and business‑analysis expertise, a solid grasp of P&L, balance‑sheet, and cash‑flow dynamics, and the ability to influence without authority across a global matrix organization. A strategic mindset, strong change‑management track record, and advanced communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or CPA is preferred. • 12+ years of finance experience with extensive FP&A and business‑analysis expertise. • Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow dynamics. • Proven ability to influence without authority in a global matrix organization. • Strategic mindset with experience challenging the status quo and driving change. • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders. • Experience in process improvement and change management. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
