About the Role

The role oversees all administrative functions for the subsidiary, including accounting, human resources, and other assigned duties. It supports subsidiary executives and the management group with special projects, reports, meetings, and training, and provides on‑site assistance by traveling to subsidiary offices. • Manage subsidiary accounting: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and profit‑and‑loss procedures. • Oversee HR functions: new hires, terminations, employment verification, immigration status tracking, and benefits enrollment. • Process employee leave of absence, short‑term disability claims, and maintain workers’ compensation and OSHA records. • Assist with employee disciplinary actions, warning reports, and other HR issues as needed. • Maintain and update certificates of insurance and professional licenses. • Order, configure, and support computers, phones, and other equipment for the subsidiary. • Provide administrative support for office operations and executive projects, reports, meetings, and training. • Cover administrative duties during staff absences and train subsidiary office administrators. • Develop and deliver training programs for HR and accounting personnel with corporate assistance. • Attend monthly management group meetings and travel to subsidiary offices to provide support and training.

What You Bring
