About the Role
You will support project teams by delivering strategic communications, stakeholder outreach, research, event coordination, and digital engagement services. By gathering insights, crafting clear messages, and connecting with diverse audiences, you will strengthen client relationships and open new work opportunities. Your contributions will influence decision‑making from “boots to boardroom.” • Monitor traditional and social media to identify trends, risks, and insights for clients. • Research and maintain stakeholder databases, preparing reports for regulatory and client use. • Summarize research, draft meeting notes, and create communication materials such as fact sheets and newsletters. • Support logistics for public meetings and events, including venue selection, scheduling, catering, and on‑site coordination. • Assist with project tasks like mail merges, proofreading, online research, file maintenance, and client collateral preparation. • Follow project‑specific health and safety protocols. • Provide cross‑practice support to other ERM teams as needed.

What You Bring
• Hold a BS/BA in Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Political Science or related field, or possess equivalent experience. • Demonstrated interest in public relations/public affairs; internships welcomed. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish fluency a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media/digital platforms. • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines. • Ability to work full‑time in a hybrid office/home setting; willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per year. • Preferred experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (not required); local candidates preferred. • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
